Welcome to Double Dime Water. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Double Dime Water provides water delivery subscription services. We deliver bottled water to your specified addresses based on your orders and subscription plan.

2. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Subscription Plans

Plan Types

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Plan details are available on our website and subject to change with notice.

Billing

  • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
  • Water orders are charged at 20¢ per bottle (or plan-specific pricing)
  • Payment is processed automatically using your saved payment method
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

4. Orders and Delivery

Placing Orders

  • Orders are placed through your account dashboard
  • Order limits may apply based on your subscription plan
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders

Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • You must provide accurate delivery addresses
  • You are responsible for receiving deliveries at specified locations
  • We are not liable for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses
  • Weather or other circumstances may delay deliveries

5. Payment and Fees

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards and ACH payments through Stripe and Plaid. By providing payment information, you:

  • Authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Confirm you are authorized to use the payment method
  • Agree to update payment information as needed

Pricing

All prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice. Taxes and fees may apply based on your location.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Resell water received through the service
  • Share account credentials
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse our systems
  • Use automated systems to interact with our service without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and service are owned by Double Dime Water. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or extract source code from our systems

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the past 3 months
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays, product defects, or service interruptions beyond our control

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Double Dime Water from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at Help@DoubleDimeWater.com to attempt informal resolution.

Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Non-payment
  • Any reason with notice

Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding charges.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
